John Simmons, a seasoned Realtor® with a diverse background, brings numerous years of sales, marketing, and hospitality experience to the table. Transitioning from the hospitality industry in 2006, John quickly made waves in real estate, earning the Loveland/Berthoud Board of Realtors® "Rookie of the Year" award and was also recognized as one of the top "40 Professionals Under 40" by the Northern Colorado Business Report in 2009. John's dedication and service have been consistently acknowledged, including cover features in publications and numerous awards. Originally from California, John's journey took him through Oregon and then into the 1st Ranger Battalion at Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah, Georgia, where he served for 6 years. During his military tenure, he met his wife Ana, and together they settled in Northern Colorado in 1999. Building a successful career in the restaurant industry, John rose through the ranks with remarkable speed, ultimately overseeing 35 restaurants across 4 states. His dedication to family is evident in his unwavering commitment to his sons, Evan and Ean, whom he considers his greatest blessings.
Today, John leads C3 Real Estate Solutions in partnership with Jesse Laner. John and Jesse’s shared vision of setting the standard and supporting others drives their commitment to excellence. John and Jesse aim to develop successful agents and coach them in their growth while upholding the values of integrity, service, and community. C3’s thriving property management division “C3 Property Management,” in-house lender, and in-house title company “NuWay Title and Escrow,” help C3 provide the Northern Colorado community with solutions for any real estate need in one place with excellent service and support.
